Transfer/Disconnect Service

 

Transfers:

To transfer your service from one location in town to another, call our office to schedule connection and disconnection at the two locations. A $30.00 transfer fee will be added to the first utility bill at your new location.

 

Disconnects:

To disconnect service and terminate your account, call our office with the date you would like service terminated as well as your forwarding address. You may receive 1-2 bills after you move due to the structure of our billing periods. We will apply your deposit to any balance left owed on your account. Refunds are typically issued within 2 weeks of final billing date.
