Elizabeth Cook

Elizabeth joined the town of Princeton in 2024. Elizabeth attended Wayne Community College to obtain an associate degree in business administration and is attending East Carolina University to obtain her bachelor's degree. In addition to the statutory duties as Deputy Town Clerk to the town board, her responsibilities include assistant office management, new utility service, utility reporting and customer service. Mrs. Cook also handles all marketing, social media, and communications for the Town of Princeton. Mrs. Cook is a recent newlywed to Jasper Cook. Mrs. Cook is a Patetown native and a graduate of Faith Christian Academy. In her spare time Mrs. Cook enjoys traveling and spending time with her family, friends and dogs.
